1. Description of Service

Zenith Valor ("Zenva") provides a web-based and desktop application tool that allows sales professionals to dial leads, send agreements, and collect signatures during live calls. We provide software tools to facilitate business operations.

2. Billing Terms

Services are billed on a recurring basis as outlined on our Pricing page. Users may select either a monthly or yearly billing cycle. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until your current paid period expires.

4. Refund Policy

We proudly offer a 14-day refund guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us or using the Refund Request form on our Contact page.

5. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: We provide software tools. We are not a legal service.

Zenith Valor does not provide legal advice, nor do we guarantee the strict legal enforceability of any agreements drafted or signed using our software in your specific jurisdiction. Users are responsible for ensuring their agreements comply with local laws. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zenith Valor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
